Biden visits

Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill will speak to groups in Wisconsin this week. The Democratic presidential candidate will make an appearance in Manitowoc today (Monday). He was just in Kenosha two weeks ago due to the police shooting of Jacob Blake and the unrest that followed. On Wednesday, Jill Biden will speak virtually to a group in western Wisconsin. Democratic Congressman Ron Kind will be a part of that event.
