Plan Tomorrow

Commissioner Rob Manfred and Major League Baseball attorneys plan to present an economic plan to the union by tomorrow, “U-S-A Today” reports. The owners reportedly want a 50-50 revenue split with the players if games are played with no fans. The Players Association can spend the Memorial Day weekend mulling the offer to strategize a counter-proposal. The blueprint is to have the teams return by mid-June to resume spring training and start the season in early July.
