Foxconn founder Terry Gou is being quoted as saying the tech giant’s factory in Mount Pleasant will be up and running later this year. Gou was speaking to company employees at its New Year’s party in Taiwan. Bloomberg News quotes Gou as saying he will spend a lot of time in the U-S this year. There is still much uncertainty about the project. Governor Tony Evers has said he will withhold tax breaks until the original contract is renegotiated.
