The Polk County Board of Supervisors meets this evening at 6:00 p.mm. in the County Board Room at the Government Center in Balsam Lake.
Business includes two resolutions to grant a zoning district change and to amend zoning district map for the town of Alden.
Also on the agenda is confirmation of the appointment of Joe Demulling to the Ad Hoc committee on Fairgrounds Infrastructure, and the Administrator’s report. Following that report, the county board will convene as a Committee of the Whole on matters noticed; it can recommend, however it may not take action on those matters.
Thos matters include a review of proposals for construction of a highway facility, and an ordinance on a manure and water quality management ordinance.

Revising rates for nursing home at Golden Age Manor, autorizing development of a multi-Use, multi season trail management plan for the Stower Seven Lakes Trail, to be referred to environmental services.
