An Ashland, Wisconsin bus driver accused of sexually assaulting a child will be going to trial. A judge made that ruling during Tony Lashbrook’s court appearance this week. The 52-year-old is charged with repeated sexual assault of the same child and child enticement. Lashbrook was arrested in January after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her about ten years ago while she was between 10 and 12 years old. He’ll be back before the judge in July.
